Everything changes - the question is then, do we question anew or do we just wait and hope that everything will be like before?
In the health sector I have experienced SO much and experience every day things where I think: "This can't be true now!"
There are very many who trust "blindly" what they are told or instructed.
Through my findings I would like to give the following recommendation in any case:
Take time for your health, there is nothing more important!
There are sayings I have been thinking about now:
"You can't add more years to life, but you can give more life to years!
"You may not be able to prolong life, but you can deepen it!"
I am grateful that Healy has come to me right now.
This makes me relieved to know that I can change things myself, get back the power over myself and my body.
I have been looking for solutions on how to find my health again and I have found the solution for me. And I have already been able to make very beautiful experiences, for which I am SO THANKFUL.
My key is to take personal responsibility again, to find the strength within and the courage to also make decisions.
Because it affects me particularly now, I can say I am in a CHANGE - yes, the first step is not always easy, but after the decision, I feel the relief.
